CTF under-eye treatment is a mesotherapy injection that uses a blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals to improve the skin’s appearance, targeting dark circles, fine lines, and hydration. It stimulates collagen and elastin production to create a brighter, firmer look and works by delivering nutrients directly into the skin. While it can enhance overall brightness, it does not add volume and is not a solution for under-eye bags or significant volume loss. A typical treatment course involves several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with maintenance sessions recommended afterward. 

How it works

Composition: NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) is a patented blend that includes 12 vitamins, 24 amino acids, 6 co-enzymes, nucleic acids, and 6 minerals, along with hyaluronic acid.

Mechanism: The formula is injected into the dermis, providing direct nutrition to the skin cells. It stimulates the skin’s fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, which helps to naturally improve the skin’s firmness and elasticity.

Goal: The treatment aims to revitalize the skin texture, hydrate the area, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. 

What to expect

Treatment plan: A series of three treatments are often recommended, spaced two weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Maintenance sessions are then needed every 3-6 months.

Results:

Reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Brighter, more radiant under-eye area.

Side effects: Temporary side effects may include mild redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising, which should subside within a week. The area may appear slightly pink or puffy immediately after the procedure. 

Important considerations

Not a filler: NCTF does not add volume and will not correct under-eye bags caused by volume deficit or a tear trough. In such cases, a combination of other treatments, like tear through filler, may be recommended.

Does the treatment hurt?

There is very minimal discomfort for the treatment. Injections are only made superficially making the treatment virtually painless (although you may feel a very slight scratching) and there’s no downtime – you’ll simply enjoy instantly plumped, revitalized skin.

Is there any downtime?

Directly after treatment, you may experience mild inflammation and small papules under your eyes for 24 hours. On occasion, the NCTF®135 HA can take a little longer to disperse, and you can experience some slight puffiness for 2-3 days. Please keep this in mind and plan events accordingly.

We recommend a course of 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart, for optimal results followed by a maintenance treatment every 6 months.

Common side effects of NCTF treatment include:

• swelling
• redness
• bruising
• tenderness at injection sites

These symptoms usually resolve within a few hours or a few days. Note that symptoms can vary per patient.
